Mark Durbano, James Hick and Chester Mackley went out to tame La Rocca during the big swell last week. Mark and Chest had a ski, and James paddled on his gun...well, til he snapped it anyway.

"It was definitely a real wave, that’s for sure,’ said James, who broke his board during yesterday’s session. ‘I used to go out there when I was really young, but this was my first real time out there. It was quite an experience.’

Mark has been out trying to push the limits on the island for sometime now, while James has just returned from his recent exploits in Australia including the now famous Billabong XXL entry.
