Booking Terms and Conditions

We hope that the following information will help clear up any questions that you may have about the Surfgirl sponsored events terms and conditions.

Booking
Bookings for surfing at the Surf School weekend can be made by phone or by person. Enquiries can also be made via email

Payment
We will accept cash, card (most credit and debit cards) or cheques, but these will need to be cleared before your surf lesson commences (This will usually take a minimum of 5 working days) unless you present the cheque in person with a cheque guarantee card.

Deposits
Events will require full payment on booking.

Cancellations/Refunds/Credit
For a full refund, a cancellation must be made at least 72 hrs (3 days) before your surf lesson starts.

In the case of flat or un safe surf conditions, a credit will be given with alternate dates (The English Surfing Federations decision to deem the surf "flat" is final).

Age Requirements
If you want to learn to surf, surfing minimum age is 8 years & above.

Courses
Course structure may change from the scheduled itinerary on conditions on the day. Surfgirl reserve the right to change the venue or cancel the course due to lack of numbers or unsuitable conditions.

Medical
Any medical conditions must be made known to Surfgirl and the English Surfing Federation before the course starts.

Safety
Surfgirl and the English Surfing Federation Surf School accept no responsibility for the safety of students in and beyond the surfline. All care will be taken to ensure student safety, no responsibility will be accepted if students do not adhere to the advice given by the the English Surfing Federation staff.
